No good communication. Started on Friday, its wednesday and still no response. I spoke to Audrey Wilcox and she told me she would get back to me but never did. I called and texted mutilple times after sending in all info Friday.

Ben is the best! He was always available to talk and text to give advice, update me on the process, and just check up on me. He took the time to get to know me, and was very friendly and helpful with my first time home buying experience.
