🚨 Beware – This Company Is a Complete Scam I regret ever doing business with this company. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and completely lacking in integrity. This was my second transaction with them within just one month, both times going in as a cash buyer — and each experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. For this most recent closing, I wired the full amount they requested per their email, following their exact instructions. As soon as the funds cleared, they suddenly claimed I was short by over $2,000 — with no legal documentation, only a handwritten sticky note demanding payment as if I were being held up.
