UPDATED review: Our initial experience with this sales team was great. Colleen was responsive, kind and communicative. Once we went under contract to build our home is when issues began. Our home took about 6 months longer than promised to be built, and once in the home we experienced severe issues with the craftsmanship not limited to stone work falling off the front of the home, poor irrigation causing erosion, kitchen cabinets falling off the wall, failing closet systems, and more. All issues and blame was often passed off to the contractors in which Kerley employed to build the home. With every new home, issues are expected as perfection is not achievable. The issues we experienced were outside of what could be excused as normal, despite being expected to accept it as the status quo. A
