My experience at Sierra Woods has been extremely concerning as a parent and tenant. I have reported ongoing mold, moisture, and health issues for months, including medical test results showing exposure impacts, yet management has failed to provide clear answers about the source, the type of mold found, or a proper remediation plan. Multiple requests for transparency have gone unanswered. Instead of addressing the documented ADA and safety issues affecting my disabled child, management has shifted responsibility, delayed responses, and used intimidating tactics when I asked for basic information needed to keep my family safe. I live on one of their properties in Columbia, Maryland with my son who has asthma. Over the last few years we have had issues with the reoccurrence of mold and sewage issues. It has caused many issues with my son’s health, and we have even had to throw out stuffed animals and bedding due to mold spores. Office staff refused to show me the results of the “mold testing” Done in my unit 2 years ago. Depending on who I speak with in the office I am met with rudeness and an annoyed demeanor with little to nothing done to properly resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed, upset and frustrated with the apartment complexes under Enterprise Residential- West Wood Oaks, Stony Brook, and Larkspur. The lack of professionalism across these properties is shocking. Staff is basically nonexistent, it feels like nobody actually works there so why are they even there? Calls never get answered, every call gets transferred to voicemail and nobody follows up on messages sent through their website. You have questions about leasing? Too bad nobody listens, nobody responds and nobody cares. I misplaced my mom's security deposit check and they refuse to replace my deceased mother's security deposit check. These people are crooks,I heard I'm not the only one this has happened too. I've called and stopped by the office many times. This has been going on for years.

Looking over their no smoking policy for property I was considering in md. They can't ask upfront, if u smoke, and smoking not grounds for not renewing lease, so in other words you can smoke all you want. No thanks, smoking is reason I want to move fr current property. At least current property addresses it, but when they throw out smokers, invariably next renter smokes
