I’ve enjoyed living here the last year. Just resigned my lease. New management is very helpful in making sure I have everything I need, and maintenance is on grounds daily checking for any issues and keeping everything running and clean.

Terrible, worst management I've ever experienced lived here for short time with my two kids, was forced to break my contract and still pay the money even though I wanted to stay. Kicked me out based on the word of another, never gave me a chance to fix the problem just said "You will have to leave and pay us this money $812" As an apartment manager, even though your busy you should try a little more to connect with your tenants. I was just a number and a problem from the beginning, no respect and discrimination against my children and I. Now in debt because of this poor management.

I've been here a year and really enjoy my apartment. Everything is well maintained, and management has been very helpful when needed. It's a great place to live!

Promised me an apartment by Sept 15th. October almost gone and they still didn’t have the vacant apartment ready. They blamed their maintenance man quitting, the weather, the previous tenant etc. Finally they call me and tell me we could move in and the apartment was ready and they were going to get us a better deal. Turns out they weren’t giving us a better deal at all. They literally wanted us to fraudulently redo our paperwork to get government assistance illegally. It gets better....... then they tell us that our apartment was given to someone else and we would have to accept a smaller 2 bedroom. Ha! Seriously and mind you my family and I were living in a local hotel waiting for them to get this apartment ready. Needless to say we went elsewhere as we were sick of being mistreated by t

This is the worst apartment complex to live in. Angie, the lady that works in the front office does not answer the phone. She blows you off. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Certain rules like subleasing are only enforced when convient. Certain tenants are shown favor and other tenants are blown off and disrespected. There is also mold and water damage in the apartment we were living in that still remains unaddressed. I wouldn't recommend this complex if it were the last place on earth.
