I had a very negative experience with this company. They placed a lien on my home and now refuse to remove it unless I pay $25,000. They have shown no empathy for my situation or willingness to work with me. I live with mental health challenges, including bipolar disorder and learning disabilities, and I truly believe they took advantage of me during a vulnerable time. Instead of offering fair solutions, they have been rigid and unsupportive. I want others to be aware of my experience so they can make informed decisions before working with this company.
