I purchased $2.7M home from Enhanced Homes (EH) in August 2024. After 15 months, workmanship has proven to meet only minimum building code, leaving me with major post-purchase costs. I’ve spent thousands of hours and ~400% more money completing unfinished or omitted items a reasonable $2.7M home buyer expects. Enhanced-Homes recently built our new home in Arlington, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Our daughter bought an Enhanced-Homes property a year earlier and had such a positive experience that we felt confident doing the same. Both homes are extremely well constructed, with high-quality materials and very attractive finishes that stand out from many other new builds in the area. The builder and his crew have been consistently on time, professional, and very responsive, handling questions and punch-list items quickly and thoroughly. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond what we expected, which has made the entire process smooth and low stress. Based on our experience with two homes in the family, we recommend Enhanced-Homes without hesitation.

We requested a bathroom, kitchen, living room renovation as part of a home improvement project; however, the process was problematic from start to finish. The tile work was extremely poor, and required technical standards were not followed during installation. As a result, plumbing pipes burst, causing significant water leakage from the second-floor bathroom into the kitchen ceiling below, which led to additional damage to our home. Furthermore, during the installation of new laminate flooring, far more material was used than necessary, resulting in unjustified additional costs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . Last year, I decided to work with Enhanced to replace my roof. However, everything beyond the initial meeting was a complete disappointment. The process from start to finish was disorganized, careless, and entirely unprofessional. Communication with the office was poor; appointments were missed, subcontractor crews failed to show up multiple times, or left the job unfinished. What should have been a simple roof replacement dragged on for nearly a month and was ultimately left incomplete and defective. Shortly afterward, a serious water stain appeared on my ceiling. In January 2018, Enhanced Homes installed a metal roof at my property in Washington, DC with a 10-year workmanship warranty. In February 2026, we experienced a roof leak with interior intrusion and began contacting the company for warranty service. Over a period of seven days, we sent multiple emails, placed six phone calls, and left three voice messages without receiving a response. We have now submitted a formal written warranty claim through certified mail and are awaiting reply. I will update this review if the matter is resolved.
