I can’t begin to explain how much of a blessing it was to have the support of Matt during one of the most unfortunate events of my life, my apartment had unfortunately taken some serious damage as well as my mental during the process. It was completely frustrating trying to navigate and move out or try to find some type of solution to ease my stress and anxiety. Despite that Matt genuinely went through the process with me. He took calls , listened to me going through the most difficult moments and emotions and was there for me more than anyone I could’ve personally communicated with at that moment. For the most part, the staff have been helpful and professional. This one guy there, I believe he may be a new manager, was very rude and unprofessional. He closed the door in my face instead of trying to assist me. They've also done a horrible job cleaning up the snow in the property. My experience for the most part has been fair, but this manager is very rude and unprofessional.

I highly do not recommend living at this apartment complex. From day one, it has been nothing but issues. The trash situation is absolutely horrendous – it’s always piled up and creates a filthy environment. The noise levels are unbearable as well, with kids constantly running through the hallways, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. On top of that, there’s a major pest problem. When we first moved in, there were mice in our apartment, and it seems like pest control doesn’t take it seriously. They charged us $50 because our dog cage was on our balcony and refuse to remove the fee!!! It’s been a frustrating experience from the start, and I honestly wouldn’t suggest anyone move here.

This place is a dump , nobody cares about throwing trash away correctly . They can’t properly maintain the dumpsters at all , the same issues and nobody that works here seems to be competent enough to correct the issues once and for all .

Hew is the man! Does his absolute best to help you with any issues and be accommodating! Office staff is truly amazing and goes above and beyond! Mantience team is hardworking, kind and respectful!
