I want to thank Yvette and all her team at Encore Title for the closing today. It was a long process but at the end everything turned out good. When I had questions, I was able to call and talk to Yvette or one of her team members. My realtor, Danny Chapa did a great job too in ensuring that all issues were ironed out and keeping me informed at all times. Yvette has a great personality and was very professional. Shout out to all!

If you don’t have time to read, these people are sloppy and incompetent at best. Stay away. If you have time to read, see below: Firstly, they were notified the home was in probate and failed to prepare documents as such. The affidavits stated I was my dad’s sister when I was his daughter. My mailing address was incorrect throughout. My social was used instead of an EIN. The W-9 being used was outdated from 2018 and was filled incorrectly. When I informed them of all of this, they insisted I sign anyway and asked me to cross out their mistakes, correct them myself, and initial. That is lazy, unprofessional, and sloppy. Even after my lawyer contacted them, the documents remained the same. Mind you, they had two business days to make these changes and they stubbornly and repeatedly refused.

Encore Title was professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the closing process. The team kept us well informed and everything moved smoothly
