Encore Crossing Apartments

We recently moved into this complex and overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and the presence of many palm trees adds to the relaxing atmosphere. There’s also a nice view, along with convenient barbecue and picnic areas for residents. However, there are some drawbacks worth noting. The biggest issue is that there are no elevators, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities, the elderly, or even anyone carrying groceries or moving furniture—especially to higher floors in this three-story complex. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend choosing a first-floor unit if possible. Before I moved in my experience was pleasant with the office staff/management and the maintenance team is AMAZING!! When I moved in I had a consistent problem with roaches no matter how much I cleaned and no matter how many times pest control came to treat. Fast forward- now that I have moved out and out-of-state, good luck receiving a call back from management no matter how many times you call or email✌🏽

Me and my fiance lived here for a year and we mostly enjoyed our time at Encore Crossings, with a few critical drawbacks. Pros: The staff were always friendly and helpful and maintenance kept the grounds fairly clean. The apartment we had (2B2B) was modern and attractive and easy to clean. I loved the bay window, large tub, bathroom counter space, washer & dryer, and large walk in closet. We had relatively few unwelcome invertebrate guests, except for some reason sugar ants. We had no issues that required maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised to receive our deposit after our lease ended, as most apartments I've lived in have always found a reason not to return our deposit. My parking spot was just taken for the thirteenth time since I moved in, six months ago. Management does NOT care, the manager Shawn Ozuna actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked if maintenance could repaint the RESERVED on the parking spot and send courtesy emails like they do for the pool guidelines. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that was simply “not important when we have actual emergencies happening.” I just reported my next door neighbor for screaming at someone in her apartment, like she does multiple times per week, all throughout the night, and I’ve been complaining for months now, and have had to call the cops three times on this one neighbor. She’ll get going as early as 9:30pm and go as late as 5am just absolutely screaming at whoever the heck, sometimes people in th
