I have been living here for about seven months now, and I’ve never had an issue. Michelle has been super helpful, especially this month and assisting me with the rent issue that I had. I enjoyed it here. They will help you and Work with you like they really care. Thank you so much, Michelle.

The end of my journey at Encore at Capri is coming to an end and I want to say thank you to Linda, Michelle and Anastasia for giving me the opportunity to live here. Great community. Very good communication. Peaceful and Quiet. I enjoyed my time here quite a bit. My first ever apartment by myself. Loved it!

Michelle has been so gracious in helping my son and I getting approved, and living there the last year and one-half. Recently, we have been having difficulties getting our rental insurance company to forward the verification to Encore at Capri. Michelle has protected us from late fees, and gone out her way to contact them and expedite the process. She has been most helpful, and we enjoy living there.

Spoke with Michelle a few weeks before moving here alone, across the country, sight unseen, and she's been nothing short of extraordinary. She's made the moving process seamless and I can't thank her enough. I've also never lived in a rental unit where I submit a maintenance order and the team fixes it same day/next day. I'm used to waiting weeks. So glad I moved here, so grateful for Michelle. Thank you!

Rent is affordable. Front office people are awesome. Very helpful and actually learn about who you are if you allow them. Would highly recommend
