This review is intended to provide an honest and factual account of ongoing issues at this apartment complex. While no apartment community is without flaws, the recurring problems here—and the management’s consistent unwillingness to address them—have made living at this property frustrating, disappointing, and at times unsafe. Noise complaints have been a persistent and unresolved issue. Multiple complaints have been submitted regarding excessive and ongoing noise disturbances. Many went unanswered entirely. When management did respond, we were told statements such as “sometimes that’s the cards we are dealt,” which makes it clear that no corrective action would be taken. Just another predatory property management company-- gift wrapped as luxury apartments. We've lived in this community for nearly two years and have been responsible, on-time tenants with no complaints or lease violations. Up until this point, we have enjoyed living here for the most part. Unfortunately, our experience trying to end our lease early due to purchasing our first home has been extremely discouraging. When we reached out to discuss early termination, we were told the only option available was a lease buyout equal to four months of rent, despite our lease not specifying a fixed buyout amount. Absolutely awesome apartments to rent!! Apartments are located in a nice area and come with several great amenities that are worth the price of renting them. One thing to mention is that if you have pets, it can get a little costly with a pet deposit and monthly fee but is definitely worth it for the nice location, amenities, and knowledgeable staff!!

Encore Apartments is a fantastic place to live! The staff here is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to help with maintenance requests or any questions—truly makes you feel at home.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Management is awful. The property is so filthy inside and out. Also, they will keep raising prices and fees after you fulfill your initial lease. Dog waste all over the place. Just awful this place is. The Encore property is like an animal waste dump instead of a place to make your home. Stay Away!!!!!
