Encompass Property Management LLC

I have lived in an Encompass-managed building for almost three years and have signed on for another year-long lease term. The property is clean and well-maintained, offers nice amenities (parking, a secure mail room, a modest fitness center, etc) without a bunch of overblown extra nonsense (I don’t personally need nor would I use an in-building movie theater, but ymmv), and any/all maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally via a convenient online portal and very communicative and friendly staff. The rent is reasonable, the neighborhood can’t be beat, and I’ve never experienced any issues with excessive noise (i.e. hooray for thick walls). Highly recommend and looking forward to continuing to call this place home!

Awesome Landlords!! Bldg in clean and very well built. Great gym. You can’t beat the location. Whenever something brakes or needs attention, it is attended to usually same day, often within hours. Love it here!

Great location, new apartment with great amenities, really terrific management team including Ellie and Noah. Would have happily lived there for longer if not for other life circumstances.

Five stars for Encompass Property Management! I live in one of their buildings in Tacoma and it is SO nice. I lived here with my partner from 2018 to 2020, switching from one unit to another when we had a roommate then just us. We loved it so much we moved back in 2025, and are so happy to be back in our building. The staff is so helpful; Ellie is responsive, Noah the maintenance guy is fast and anticipates needs (a rare find in an apartment building) and the owners are really nice. The building is in great shape, very quiet and has a community feel when you do see your neighbors (which is barely in passing!). I have been a resident for almost 9 years. This is by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Recently I had an accident that required surgery with extended recovery and some adaptations to my apartment for my return, the management and especially maintenance went out of their way to work with my son to have it ready for me ASAP. They made me feel cared for in the midst of a very stressful situation. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Donna L
