We used Scott for a home sale inspection, and I'd give him my highest recommendations. Scott has deep expertise, a thorough and methodical inspection plan, clear, professional communication throughout the process, and gave us a detailed report that had clear instructions and advice with how to proceed with fixes and remediations. Scott is a great human and inspector! The termite inspector, Jim, was also very awesome. Both were very experienced, very helpful, and very personable. They were very honest about all issues they saw and all great things they saw in the house. The report is extremely detailed and well done and it arrived the next day! He also said that if we need anything or have any questions even after we purchase the house that he is always available.
