My wife and I lived here for two years, and experienced the transition to the new management company. Prior to the change in management, this review would have likely been 3 stars. The townhomes are nice enough, and at the time that we moved in it was a great value for what we got (although it appears prices have increased significantly since that time). The biggest complaint related to the units themselves is that heating/cooling runs on mini splits, and while this works fine in the bedrooms, the open floor plan means that common areas will be too hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. The rest of our complaints are related to the new management, and while we had some minor complaints about the old management company it is still night and day. Suddenly it was impossible to ge

I've lived at Enclave for about 6 months now, and the experience has been great! The neighbors seem friendly, and my interactions with the staff have been great. Just the other day, my hot water heater completely froze and I was without water. I sent an email to Brad asking if a water main had frozen, and without my asking, he instantly sent in a work order and let the maintenance person know to prioritize my case. By the time I read his email to let me know, Zachary was already outside working on un-freezing it. Because of both Brad and Zachary's quick action, I was only without water for a couple of hours! Been living here almost a year now. Place is going downhill fast. New management company and new people in the office. This place is supposed to be a “luxury” only luxury here is the price they charge. Emails and calls ignored, maintenance requests are not completed or done after a week or two. Common area with grills always dirty with bird poop and no gas on the grills to use. The cost of this place doesn’t really match the service. And if the company replies to this review, and tell me to contact them I won’t bother, I still have three emails sent that have not been answered.

I have lived here for 3 years. As others have stated, the previous property manager was great! She lived in the community, walked the grounds, and truely cared about the community. The new management does not have the same level of care. Broken sidewalks, dead trees, over flowing garbage cans in pet clean up stations, being charged a monthly fee for the "privilege" of being billed for utilities. Property management teams have a huge impact on the communities. Sad to say that the current management does not have a positive impact.

12/1/2025 update: REPOSTING MY REVIEW AS MANAGEMENT HAS TAKEN DOWN SEVERAL 1 STAR REVIEWS. Management is still horrendous, they most recently did an audit over fees and posted several credits for fees they overcharged as well as fees that were missed (some from 7 months ago). To say that management here is deplorable is an understatement. We are looking to move immediately once our lease is up. Shannon (property manager) and Natalie (leasing agent) have both quit as a result of the new management company that has come in which should tell you what you need to know about them. The transition has been everything but smooth with a new resident portal, another management company taking over utility billing which has been billed late every month now, and a virtually impossible to reach office
