Enclave Heritage Flats

I strongly do not recommend renting a place here. I lived here for 7 months now, lift has been down thrice, roof leaked, fire alarm goes off n they r testing it today with over 2 hours going off every 5 mins. This is the worst place I ever lived. Got locked out of my building coz power was out n it only opens with key tab. When I called help desk they conveniently told me that they don’t know what can be done. Had so many issues n raising tickets almost every other week. Every time u call helpdesk it always goes to voice mail n no one ever calls back. This place is not worth the money it charges. Bad architecture, smaller apartments but advertising says it’s larger square feet n some crap about how it’s measured. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived n highest rent I ever paid.

I just moved into Enclave Heritage in Chula Vista and the experience has been great so far. Theresa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire moving process—very responsive, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I also want to highlight Ricardo from the maintenance team. He was quick, friendly, and very efficient in helping with a couple of things in the apartment. Overall, great service and a very welcoming community. Highly recommend Enclave Heritage!

Absolutely love living here! The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. The grounds are beautiful, neighbors are friendly, and any issues are taken care of right away. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! Mayra the leasing manager at the time , is absolutely wonderful she’s kind, attentive, and always goes the extra mile for residents. You can tell she really cares about the community. Thanks to her, living here has been a great experience!

Great place to live! Residents here are super friendly the apartments are modern and up to date. The grounds are very well kept. The amenities have to be one of my favorite things about living here, the gym, the pool, the lounges, etc the list goes on. The entire leasing process went by very quick and very smooth. No complaints at all. If you’re thinking about moving here, DO IT.

it had very great hang out spots such as the clubhouse, grill areas, and the pool. i definitely recommend it bcuz they have a pretty big pool and the tub is a perfect size for many people, the clubhouse is a great place to have hang outs with family and friends. it is a very unique place to live at. come and check it out
