Enclave by Broadmoor

I lived here for 3.5 years and would have stayed much longer if I didn't need to be closer to work. The office staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds and maintenance crew are friendly and efficient. Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly. I loved walking my dog around the courtyard and meeting all of the other dog owners. The office management staff host several events each year for residents. The most recent event was music bingo. The events provide a great way to get to know other residents. And the pool.... Oh, I miss the pool! Honestly, I could go on and on. I was sad to leave. If my situation changes in the future, I will move back here in a heartbeat!

I’ve been here now for three weeks in a very beautiful two bedroom updated apartment and I feel it was the best decision I have ever made. As all the reviews have stated, the gals in the office could not be more efficient, nicer and helpful. The maintenance guys could not be faster or more efficient either and they are so pleasant and always let you know when they’re coming. I haven’t needed anything except unfortunately I personally knocked a hole in the wall with my recliner, and they fixed it within a week, including sanding and painting, and you can’t tell the hole was ever there. If you choose to live here, I do not see how you could possibly be disappointed with anything, tons of anmendities and a great location. UPDATE: It’s been 6 months now and the above review is still accurate

Great complex to live. My roommate and I moved in last October and lucked out. Management is extremely helpful and responsive when communicating. Communication regarding pool closure, gym maintenance, etc. is also very timely and transparent. We have always felt safe here and the community is very welcoming. The amenities are amazing as well and are kept very tidy. Parking is free and we have never had an issue finding parking near our door. The apartment rooms are very spacious with good closet space in both the master and guest bedroom. Additionally, very dog friendly complex - they have a dog park and we see furry friends every day :) Highly recommend living here!

I have been living at Enclave for 10 years now and I feel so safe and secure living here. Management has always been good - but right now it is the best it has ever been. It is a gated community and even though some may laugh at that - Management has made sure that living here is safe in many different ways and if our residents protect and respect that - then those measures really work. I just love sitting out on my large sunny deck watching the residents and their families playing basketball, tennis, and/or sand volleyball. The pool is where I spend my summer - connecting with others in the sun and fun with all the very different and unique pool floats that show up here.
