Enclave at Pine Oaks Apartments

I want to give a shout out to Hillary she was the best very helpful and kind treated me with respect and very helpful on the phone. Even if I was declined I rate Hillary at a number 1 such a pleasure. She should in charge of customer service.

I don’t recommend this complex at all. The manager goes above her means that shouldn’t be allowed. Driving around all hours of the night to watch what ppl are doing. She also treats the minorities differently as well. The manager has no compassion for her tenants. The cabinets in the apt are coming off the walls, mold on the walls and nothing done about it. Roach infested as well. I can go on n on. I’ve never felt uncomfortable in place as I did staying there.

I don’t normally write reviews but after living a traumatic experience in my last apartment, this experience has been completely different and amazing enough to share. One, the ladies at the front office are extremely kind and helpful, especially Hayley, she’s a sweetheart! Second, I love the gated community and the door locks to make it a safe place. And lastly, the apartment they put my family in was extremely cleaned and well kept which is a PLUS! I love the layout, it’s super spacious and I’m so happy that my kids and my husband and I love it. Thank you ☺️

The maintenance team is highly responsive and efficient, addressing issues promptly, often on the same day or the day after. We frequently interact with Jose, who demonstrates a strong work ethic, and we appreciate having him around. Overall, the entire team is exceptional, and it's clear that hard workers have been hired. Overall it’s a comfortable living space and not too far from downtown Deland which is great!

We have been dealing with a terrible roach infestation they are in every room and bathrooms for months and all they done was have a guy to come out to spray 1 time a week but it’s extremely ineffective I’ve called and sent emails with videos and pictures multiple times about how bad this is and nothing has been fixed our food is being wasted I have 2 kids and wife its literally inhabitable to live here and now I have no choice but to take legal action at this point please fix this issues you need professional extermination
