Enclave at Lake Pointe

This apartment complex appears to have some concerning issues. I am waiting for my mother's lease to expire because I do not feel she is safe there. There is a young couple living with their grandmother, and there is a persistent smell of marijuana emanating from their residence, which is also entering my mother's apartment through the vents. Additionally, the couple's behavior is causing disturbances, including loud noise by the pool and frequent visitors at all hours. I suspect that the couple may be engaging in illegal activities, including drug dealing and scams. My mother has overheard the young man discussing attempts to obtain residents' credit card numbers, and she has also seen him with a gun. I am extremely concerned for my mother's safety. I just went to visit the property but was very impressed. Still on lease at my old apartment but I'm patiently waiting 😃 😀 😄. And they have washer and dryer connections 😉 😜

I am very pleased leaving in this community . Ms.Elba always tries to keep us active with different activities that we enjoy a lot. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Administration definitely do a good job trying to keep our community in good standing, I wish all the residents will do their part as well. Thanks !

i had a great time getting this apartment. Ms Elba md Ms Iffy wrote the book on professionalism . My dad once told me that if you love what you do in life , you will never “ Work “ and day in your life. Positive All the way !!!!

I’ve been living here for about 6mos, I love it here very safe place to live. Great activities, pleasant management. very up-to-date apartments I love the hardwood floors. This is the first apartments I ever lived in and I’m glad I picked Enclave. friendly neighbors they’re like family I just love Enclave.
