Horrible place to live. Its brand new but who ever built this got their degree online. This must have been rushed because it's just horrible. Construction noise daily. Nails and bolts all over the road. I've already had to replace a tire. Cars racing every night. If you like those loud annoying Hondas then this might be the place for you. The entrance door has been out of service for well over a month now. Package delivery here is also a joke. Trust the reviews. This place is garbage 🗑️

Read before signing that lease ⚠️: I’ve lived at this complex since it opened, and while the location is convenient and many of the neighbors are genuinely great, my experience with management has been frustrating. I want to share this to help others make an informed decision. Communication with management often has been inconsistent. I strongly recommend keeping everything in writing. In my experience, if you keep quiet and never raise concerns, you’ll probably have no issues. But if you speak up or question things, it can feel like you’re being singled out or watched more closely instead of being supported. They need more maintenance people here one person to three buildings isn’t enough. They need an emergency line not just for maintenance stuff but for other things to report. Management doesn’t do anything about the noise complaints. They’re always questioning you about who is in your home one comment I read said they are always checking the cameras. Yes they are. You cannot live in peace here some neighbors are up to 4 o’clock in the morning, don’t have no respect, playing their music and partying loud, the trash room is always nasty. There is bugs everywhere all throughout the whole building even come inside of our home. We did not move in with bugs, but we are dealing with ants and roaches. Encelia apartments are built poorly, tenants that live below complain from above. These apartments don’t have noise reduce insulation that’s why there’s too many complaints , People leave their trash out for days , hallways smell. Balconies look ghetto with all their stuff out like a storage shed . Wash room are always dirty.
