Hello I was trying to communicate with the company since last year, and I never receive a call back, I am so interested to see one of those apartments and also all the information please call me or email me!!!

I just want to say how much I loved my experience there! I was on the waitlist for two years, and I was so excited when they called to let me know an apartment was finally available. Huge thanks to all the employees—especially Markeata, the boss. She’s such a kind and helpful person who really goes out of her way for everyone. I had a truly great experience!

This Building is very Sophisticated and Beautiful to look at. I know people that live here and work here. They Are Very ~ Friendly & Respectful

For some reason they "don't do tours" so no way of actually evaluating if the apartment is any good or not. Looks nice from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. Tried to visit leasing office, employee wouldn't even let me in to the office. Stood with the door half open, blocking the entrance. Had a very "what do you need" attitude, not helpful at all, very unwelcoming, seemed bothered by my questions, didn't seem like she wanted to be there or do her job. Just kept telling me to check the website. And look at the virtual tours online. The actual unit can look very different from a virtual tour unit, when everything was brand new. Very weird interaction, I just wanted to do a routine apartment tour and get information on the property. It's a very normal request. Don't know how they expe

Everyone here is liying this place is a nice place to live especially in the summer! I love the community room and the gym and I love how it’s always cold in the building it’s supper refreshing.
