We have been a tenant for 4 years and have had a truly great experience. This company goes the extra mile to make sure their tenants needs are met whether it is a work order for a repair, requests, etc. Brandy and Desiree are straightforward, knowledgeable, fair and caring in their approach to managing their properties and tenants needs. They were there for us in moments of need and I highly recommend them! The properties are well maintained and the owners we have worked with were very responsive and accommodating thanks to this team. All business is done in an efficient client portal and is very user friendly for paying rent, work orders, documentation. Very easy process all around!

Empower has managed our property for years now, and we are adding a second property for them to manage soon. They’ve done an excellent job keeping our property filled, and when we had difficulty with a tenant not paying rent for months Brandy went to bat on our behalf. We feel great about using them to help keep our property in good condition and screen tenants well.

Be Careful! After years at a great house with no issues, we left it broom cleaned yet, "sketchy" pictures were taken, in my opinion, that met standards of normal wear and tear. So why was it followed by cleaning company charging hundreds when not needed?
