Rose and her team did an excellent job and found my mom exactly what she was looking for!!! Last year we came from out of town and she dedicated her whole weekend to take my mom out to look at homes. My mom decided on one and Rose held her hand the whole step of the way! 2 months ago she did it again!!! My husband and I knew what we wanted and again Rose did all the research for us before we arrived Florida. She had a list of everything we sent her with all the stats of the properties and took her time to show us every single one of them and then some. Rose Soto and her staff did a wonderful job in posting the pictures of my home and finalizing the repairs needed for me to sell my home. I did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot thank Rose enough for the help in assisting me to sell my home.

They will try and keep your deposit. When I called and asked why, Rose give me no reason and hung up when I told her the call was being recorded. In the process of going to small claims court. Very unprofessional.
