Been a resident here for 3 years now, management and maintenance have been wonderful! Everyone in the office have been amazingly helpful when I've encountered a problem. Maintenance is on track whenever I need their help as well. I will add that the aparments could use some renovations, they're a bit outdated in my opinion. Other than that, so far I've enjoyed living here with my little family.

I have been a resident here for 3 months now and I would like to say everyone in the office has been very helpful and nice and I love how the townhomes are made they are so beautiful inside and out anyone would love to live here .

Your Administration Fees are absolutely refundable. Also, considering … could not provide me with a contact nor answer to my question I have included the PM POC for you as well. Please provide proper and adequate training on company policy with employees. Contact property management Fortis by email or phone if unable to receive resolution through the office. I received a clear and professional response when I contacted Fortis. Didn’t take much time, clarity and understanding was gained. Thank you Fortis. I am a resident here at Emory Woods and I want to start off by saying that the staff here at Emory Woods is by far the greatest I have ever encountered. The property manager Carol Charles always ensures that my apartment is in great shape and she made the move in process as easy as possible. The assistant manager is also very easy to talk to and she always has a smile on her face which makes anyone's day better. The move in process was great. They ensured that the apartment was clean and there were no problems when I moved in. If I ever have an issue with my apartment they ensure that the issue is resolved as quick as possible. The building I live in is very quiet and the apartment is very spacious.

Living here has become a living hell. I've been dealing with life in general and ever since new management has taken over they've contracted with this shady tow trucking company Unlimited Recovery who prey like vultures on residents and their vehicles. I don't know what my car has to do with paying my rent but there's no sense of peace if you are down and out and struggling to survive.
