Emory West Cypress

I’ve lived here for 4 years going on 5 now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences in this community. I want to appreciate Ms. Galvan for her dedication and commitment to the residents in this community she goes above and beyond. Also I want to appreciate Mr. Miguel and Ms Rita for the help they’ve provided me. The staff, maintenance, and community in general are excellent.

I have been year for 2 years so far and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and clean. The office staff is very helpful and respond quickly to any concerns and emails. The maintenance guys are absolutely incredible. I rarely need them but when I do they come as soon as possible. Great place to stay.

I moved in about a week and a half ago. I didn’t get to tour in person. I just did the virtual tour then applied. From there I’ve been in communicating with Rita and also Maria. They’ve been very helpful. This move would not happen without Rita’s help. I am so appreciative of everything. I love my new apartment and I am just so thankful and grateful.

I lived in this property for two years, and I can confidently say the management here redefines unprofessionalism. Every interaction felt personal, petty, and driven by ego rather than any sense of responsibility or respect for residents. They used their position not to help, but to intimidate and inconvenience. I’ve reached a point where I simply refuse to deal with this kind of treatment any longer. I’m moving out, not because I have to, but because I won’t tolerate being in an environment run by people who confuse power with professionalism. To anyone considering living here — think twice. No one deserves to be treated this way. This place could have been great, but the management made it impossible. I’m walking away without a second thought.

My third year at Emory West Cypress. The team makes the renewal process simple and Maria is always kind enough to help with any questions or concerns I have. The community is safe and very close to the best elementary school.
