Brad and Emmily longenecker are a great team! My husband and I were 1st time homebuyers and we were unsure of the process and did not even know where to start. We also had a very wide range of where we wanted to live and Brad was so patient with us. He showed us houses from all over lancaster county and Lebanon and was so helpful in the buying process. My husband and I then found the house we wanted to purchase and IT WAS SO EASY WITH THEIR HELP. Brad contacted us with a bank that helped us and Emmily made sure to give us updates on the process and kept everything in check from the point we put in an offer to the close of our house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had some challenges with finding a home in the past, so we were nervous to try a new realtor. I started bugging Brad & Emmily while they were on vacation and they answered me anyway! Our family was truly blessed from start to finish. The communication was frequent and helped our peace of mind tremendously. Brad & Emmily are extremely knowledgable, great with kids, understanding, and didn't make us feel pressured to make decisions! I would strongly recommend using this team to anyone, although I hope I don't need to use them anytime soon! :)

Ok I’m adding to my previous review because we just sold our first house and purchased a 2nd one with Emmily and Brad. We still love them. We are completely dependent on them when it comes to knowing the markets, what’s a good offer, what’s a safe investment, what renovations are worth doing to turn a profit in the future. They aren’t just here for buying and selling transactions, they also answer our questions along the way and take time to know our vision for our family!
