This place is awful. There has been salt all over the building since October! Every time it snows, they don’t shovel for 2 days then they come and throw salt down. So you don’t get the benefit of not falling on your a$$ AND you get to deal with salt all over the place... for months! Then they don’t come clean it up... love toxic chemicals tracked all over your house? Move to Emerson Lofts! The building is literally RUSTING away from the amount of salt they’ve put down and not cleaned up. I’d post pictures if I could here. Wanna know more? Management is terrible. The garage doors never work properly (currently the sensor is broken) and the locked gates are never locked because the handles are always broken. And oh god! Never have a maintanance request, especially if you’re a single female.

I've lived here for the last year and have had nonstop maintenance issues. These apartments are not maintained well at all. I was originally won over by the safe location, quick access to cap hill, and cute style lofts but it has not been worth the headache of a new maintenance issue every week. The garage door is broken frequently in the winter. The power has gone out for 12+ hours and the fire alarm has a false alarm once every 3 months. I live on the ground level and have had water leaking into my apartment for months. Maintenance has taken my own towels and left them outside to freeze to try to clean it up? The water has caused mold, massive puddles for me to clean up and an awful smell. It also has rotted my baseboards and now I have a new issue: ants. Obviously this is nasty and not

The list of negatives is substantially higher than the positives.. I used to work in Property Management and I will say Boutique does not care about their clients. The property is nice but this rating is for the management. I email and receive no response. For future residents please read list below: Luckily I am athletic and have the ability to lift my body weight over the back garage gate or I would not have been able to sleep in my bed this evening. On more than one occasion the key scanner/clicker does not work for the gate/entrances. With my experience in property management that usually means a 'wifi' issue and not a ' "overheating" of the system' issue which is what they told us. It is currently night time... this is not an "overheating" issue. If there was an emergency, they would

I’m on my 3rd month living here and it’s honestly been a great experience overall. After seeing the reviews, I realized there weren’t any recent once’s from actual tenants. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to the issues we’ve had. The water heater ended up busting a couple of weeks ago and they had a team come out and replace it pretty quick. It did take a few days, but that was expected, and they provided us keys to a clean and empty unit to shower/wash in while our hot water didn’t work. Maintenance has been so quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The walls certainly aren’t “paper thin” as some of the reviews below imply, but you’re living in an apartment complex, and you’ll sometimes hear your upstairs neighbor shuffling around when they’re moving big furnitur
