Maintenance is Exceptionally Excellent. The Property manager. Joe, is on the Ball, and minor or major issues are fixed. I Highly recommend Moving into this Complex

We have been here going on 3 years now. They do a great job with issues and honestly there are not a lot of issues. There are renovations as people move out. Best part they are doing the footwork around the building and hallways. Down side - rent is going up way to fast year to year as you renew but the extra money going into building.

Emerson Flats Apartments is a fantastic apartment community, but what really makes it so unique is their amazing, professional, and caring staff! Every maintenance request is fulfilled within 24 hours and the grounds are extremely beautiful! You hardly see any trash on the ground! I’m living here for 10 years (and hope to be here for many more years) and the new management team is doing an A++++ job! I would highly recommend Emerson Flats Apartments.

horrible location to want to live. poo maintenance, horrible property manager and to top it off, the main office is a joke. They never answer maintenance requests, there is a hanging lamp with wires sticking out in the front of the building, people steal packages, it always smells like smoke and mildew and their laundry room is the pits of an up keeping. Broke parking lot back doors which gives strangers the opportunity to come into the building that do not even live there. Roach infestation and when they say exterminators are coming out, it's a hoax because they do nothing. You would think because this is located in the quiet fox chase area that you would have great living conditions but please do not move here.

We go here to the outdoor corral to see /feed the horses after school. The 2 horses shown are STAR, light colored horse, and LUNA, brown & white horse.. We got pet them, feed them carrots, 🥕🍎 / apples too. They are very friendly, healthy horses too. We really enjoy going to visit them.. 🍎🥕🐎🐴
