Emerson Apartments

Horrible from start to finish. Just to bullet point my experience here: -on my move-in day, at 5pm, I was told that my apartment wasn't ready. As in, no cabinets/countertops not ready, but they didn't give me any indication until I arrived the day of my move-in near the end of the day. They had to switch me to a different unit, leading to a nightmare of paperwork switching utilities, etc with virtually no notice. -my unit was infested with bedbugs, which I had to fight with management to even acknowledge, despite placing a jar of them on their desk. -A/C went out constantly, and at times took 1-week to fix. They eventually replaced the unit, but not until a month before my move-out. -General lack of care/maintenance around the complex. There was almost always trash on the grounds, and the

These people clearly don’t want New residence and don’t care about their current ones tried to come for the past 3 days and the office is always closed there’s always a line of people waiting by the office It’s ridiculous.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have cockroaches. The apartments are falling apart. Maintenance doesn’t ever do their job and when they do it will need upkeep a week later. Management sees you as a money bag that they will discard almost immediately if they choose. They are not kind so don’t let their smiles fool you. They don’t have your best interest at heart so don’t make the mistake thinking they do. And lastly, do not refer anybody here unless you dislike them. Your family and friends will hate it here more than most other apartments I have lived in. I had to make this review to clear my conscience; hopefully it makes you research and not live this nightmare i have a lease with.

HORRIBLE place to live in, the rent is not even worth the apartment. It may look nice at first but then there's a bunch of cockroaches. They don't even do anything to fix it like the people they call to get rid of them don't even work. Not to mention they fix zero things. My AC was broken they never fixed it! It even started causing mold. Also is not pet friendly at all, the pool is mostly always dirty and the laundry place is always broken. They charge for the stuff you don't even use just so they have money to spend. The office people are sometimes nice and they only come to you when you're late with rent not when you need something. Low key save your money for a better place guys is not worth it. Even a motel would be better 👎👎👎🤦‍♀️

If you are thinking of moving into this apartment complex, do yourself a favor and juat don't. My AC has been malfunctioning for a whole month now, and my energy bill has been above 300 dollars a month during summer. With that money you can pay for a better place and also save some headaches from poor management. They also barely have the people to do maintenance who are supposed to know everything, but in the end, they will need to come to your place 5 times to finally know what is going on. I don't blame them, I blame how cheap the property wants to go hiring 2 people to know and do all the work of the whole complex. Also, I have been without a working fridge for 2 weeks now and still no solution, that's how slow they are. Last bit, they will also not answer your emails when you reac
