Our tech company worked with Emerald Management back in March, they were helping us finding suitable space to relocate our R&D laboratory. Our experience with them was great, especially with the agent that was assigned to work with us. The industrial spaces we have seen were in very good shape, especially their newer units in Frederick, and because of our specific needs they needed to show us large number of units, and demonstrate flexibility with the various requests we had. Their agent, Rebecca S. was very professional, responsive and agile, and very patient with us, showing us many units multiple times. We have rented from Emerald Management since 2009 in Texas. We just signed another lease agreement. I have never had any major issues with the owner himself or any of the staff. I will say that over the last few years since the new property manager, Tracie has been on staff I have really felt like communication has improved. She is very professional and does her absolute best to handle any concerns. Overall, I would say it's been a really positive experience and the space that I rent is in a great area for business. I know there are some spaces for rent in the shopping center so if you're looking for something in the area, I think it's a great location!

We have rented from Emerald management for almost five years. The commercial property we have rented is perfect for us and we are mostly satisfied with management and services. We have a good relationship with the main property management person who does his best when we have a question or issue. However, when we expanded our operation to adjoining space we encountered the individual named in other reviews and he was far from helpful - he refused to give us a key to the mailbox, saying we rented "as is" and the mailbox was locked when we signed the lease, so tough luck. He's out of the picture for us now and we are planning to renew our lease, expecting Emerald to continue to be straightforward and at least listen to our needs.

I've rented multiple units in North Boulder for going on 3 years now. While I can't say that it's been a blissful and stress free experience (because small business rarely is), I do feel the management company has been professional and fair in all of our interactions. They have gone out of their way to make accommodations for my business, and when I have issues with the property they respond promptly. Beyond that, the complex we are in (4939 Broadway location) is full of sole proprietors and various start-ups. It's a great environment to work in and a cool community. I would definitely rent here again and I plan to continue leasing for a long time.

We just took over a lease in Feb 2021 from someone else who recently signed 8 months before. I contacted Andrew and he agreed to write a new lease. The process was painless and it was so fast I never seen done before. I also had contact with Samatha who was extremely helpful. I wish all management companies are so easy and friendly to work with like Emerald.
