The homes are spacious but care for the property is lacking severely! The trash is absolutely disgusting, it is constantly overflowing with mountains of garbage out in front and on the sides of the “enclosure” which is also broken and hazardous. When you live close to the dumpster that is the first thing you see and smell every morning. The rotten food, maggots and flies are enough to make anyone sick! The lawn care service is subpar, they haven’t even cleaned up the decaying leaves from around the bushes or put down any new mulch to make it look halfway decent. Some of the trees by the parking spots need to be trimmed because the beaches hang low and scrape the tops of vehicles.

Emerald Lakes small Community single family homes and town homes at the villas. Pool and 2 kids play grounds, three lakes. close to schools 20 min to Disney and or Sea World parks. rural area nice and quite.
