Lack of communication, unprofessional lies and over charges and doesn't finish the case as promised. Was told I would get money that was owed to me before I got kicked out on the streets but everything the lawyer promised was all lies don't recommend using Benjamin Alexander done had to contact the bar association but this lawyer still refuses to call me back after leaving multiple messages very unethical. Will be making a complaint with the bar association.

This company tried to rush us through the paperwork process. The attorney there made it clear by his impatience that he would prefer that I just sign everything without reading it or asking any questions. He was brusque to the point of rudeness. He would quickly give complicated directions and expect us to remember all of the details and then be visibly annoyed when we had questions. I understand that he deals with title transactions all day, but he did not seem to understand (or care) that his customers don't. After signing paperwork we were dismissed to the waiting room. After a few minutes a random employee wordlessly handed us a folder, and walked away with no explanation. It wasn't clear to us until several minutes later that we were done and were supposed to leave. No one there bothe

Decent price, clean location, friendly service and complimentary coffee, pen or ask for water. Bathroom is right in the middle of the hallway and the kitchen area was disorganized. The gentleman who handled our paperwork seemed new at it. He read the title of the paper and then handed it to us, or he read half the sheet trying to summarize it for us and twice he was wrong about why we were signing that particular paper. Then they had to call us back in from the parking lot because there was more to sign. The other group they had scheduled at the same time was very agitated about the terms and vocalized their displeasure to everyone in the bldg, probably should have found a room for them to sit in away from the entrance (I would).

Lawyer Douglas D. Tidwell did my Navy Federal refinance closing and he poorly handled it. He refused to go over the documents with my husband even though he was paid to do it. I was on time to appointment however lawyer started 29mins late. Even though he is in business to provide a “service”; definitely “Customer Service” is a weakness for him—just to say the least, he didn’t even say “thank you”. I used ECT before and Tina Wiles did an amazing job that decided to use them again. However due to the unpleasant experience with Douglas D. Tidwell will NEVER use them again. And hope others buyers/sellers/lenders do not use them as well.
