Emerald Apartments

I stayed here for 5 years, it has been an amazing stay, the apartment are wonderful, the neighbors are very friendly too. The only reason i had to leave is because i have a bigger family now and moving closer to my job. The maintenance request were done really fast and had times when they would do it same day as well. AND the manager is the sweetest lady you can ever meet, really funny and friendly.

Justina, the manager, is very attentive, and this is a great place to live with plenty of parking space. For extra security, here’s a tip: you are allowed to install a security camera. Consider placing it inside near your windows and keeping your outdoor lights on. This will help the camera perform better against glare at night - without using the night mode.

I lived in this apartment for almost 3 years and had a great experience. The unit was recently renovated and absolutely beautiful. The location is super convenient—close to all the major stores, the highway, Troy, and Ferndale. Justina in the office was always incredibly helpful with any issues, and TJ from maintenance was quick and reliable. Highly recommend!

Great experience living here the past year. Management was great and very responsive. The neighbors are very friendly.

Very poorly managed place. I was living there for 7 years and the latest management hardly did anything when I complained about issues. My garage used to flood in the winter/rain and they always told they will fix it in the following spring and never did anything. They kept increasing the monthly rental every year and never even installed enough lighting in the area even after requesting them a 100 times. They never remove the ice during winters and very poor condition during winters. Not at all reasonable guys. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
