My experience at this apartment complex has been excellent, largely thanks to Sadie. From the very beginning, she worked diligently to get me approved and made the entire process smooth and transparent. She communicated clearly, stayed professional, and never made me feel like anything was done under the table. Since moving in, Sadie has continued to be just as kind, helpful, and consistent as she was during the leasing process. It’s rare to find someone who brings the same energy and professionalism before and after move-in, and she has truly been a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I moved into the Emblem Mill Road apartments approximately few weeks ago. I just want to say the staff’s (Sadie, Khabrea and Christopher) customer service skills are top tier! Sadie was the first person we spoke with when we called to make an appointment to see one of the units. From the beginning she was very warm and informative. She made the application process very easy and she kept us informed. When she was unavailable Khabrea and Christopher stepped in immediately to assist us. Moving can be very stressful and we are thankful that the Emblem Mill staff took care of us and went above and beyond to make our move in easy and flawless.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Emblem Mill Road Apartments. The entire community is brand new, and my unit had never been lived in before I moved in a month ago, everything was spotless, modern, and felt like a fresh start. One of the biggest perks is the 12 EV charging stations, completely free for residents. As someone who drives an electric vehicle, that alone has made life so much easier. The amenities are honestly impressive. The brand-new gym has all the equipment a typical person could want, from cardio machines to strength-training gear, and it’s always clean and well-maintained.
