I moved in a little over a month ago so I felt it was time give a review of this new community/my home. The homes themselves are nice. Plenty of space for a couple or family that is just getting started. The process of getting the home was easy enough for me as well. I know the biggest question on everyone's mind when they come over is the train. I can confirm that the train passes over at least once every hour. 80% of the trains that pass you can barely even tell are passing when inside. The other 20% do shake the home. Most are a low hum but there are a few that are a bit loud. The train is in a designated quiet area so it cant blow its horn but it will blow it in case of emergencies. Toured these a little over a week ago and was impressed. These townhomes are really nice and have accommodating floorplans with all of the amenities. They're perfect for the family wanting to own their 1st home or needing additional space to grow. Great incentives are also being offered. So, if interested, shout out now!
