Ember Apartments

Wanted to share a small review for this complex, the property seems lovely, clean, and it has a lot of really useful amenities. The staff seem fairly competent, most of them were pleasant, some downsides currently are the available parking, and the construction that is currently going on next-door. Mentioned on the tour that the current waitlist for Parking is one to three months, and some residents have to park on the street. This seems like it would be a deal breaker for me. *Review is left as a person who has toured, not as a current resident*

I’ve never left a review for an apartment before, but I have to for Ember. it’s that good!!! I’ve lived here for 14 months, and overall, my experience has been amazing. The only hiccup was some noise from upstairs, which I reported to the leasing office. Unlike other apartments I’ve lived in, Ember took immediate action and genuinely cared about resolving the issue, it was fixed quickly and professionally. I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at Ember. From maintenance to housekeeping to the front office, everyone truly goes above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely care about the residents. Any request is handled quickly and with a great attitude, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a team that consistently bends over backwards to make living somewhere feel easy and supported. I applied for MFTE housing two months before my lease ended. I was told that the MFTE team would contact me within 4-6 weeks. I submitted my application and documents immediately and was told everything was received. After over a month of silence, no one from the MFTE team contacted me and my messages were ignored. When I went to the office, I was asked to resend all documents, which I did. The next day, my application was automatically rejected for “not providing documents.” When we spoke with Victor, he made no effort to help at all and refused to assist in resolving the issue. Additionally, it seemed as if my email was blocked, as they suddenly stopped contacting me and instead began emailing the second applicant (my husband), asking him to send our documents again.
