After living in a home my last 40+ years, I decided I could leave caring for a large lawn and home in my past. Let someone else take care of that and maintenance for me. I selected Embassy Park because it was a premiere location back in the day. After them entering my apartment without any advance notice to make repairs (even though I always included a comment requesting advance notice before coming into my apartment to make the repairs), this continued so I moved out two months early. I have been a resident at Embassy Park for over 10 years and I enjoy it here! Sandy in the leasing office is always such a pleasure to work with. Anytime I need anything done her and Liz make sure it’s taken care of right away. The team at Embassy makes sure to take of care of things when needed and I always feel welcomed. I love our apartment! My partner and I rent a 2bed/2ba on the first floor of our building. We've lived here 9 months, so we've experienced both winter and summer here, and I am extremely happy with the central air conditioning and heating. The washer and dryer in my unit were BRAND NEW and so was the carpet. I will admit it's kind of cheap carpet, but it's good enough to sit on the floor comfortably - it's got just enough cushion. I vacuum regularly cause I have a cat and the carpet has stayed in great condition. My apartment has incredibly smart and efficient storage space. It's SO QUIET once I'm inside my apartment. You can hear people passing in the hallway, but that's it. I genuinely feel so safe living here. It's so quiet, you can open your sliding glass door to your balcony and jus
