Amazing Tour Experience! ​We recently toured this location, and the entire experience was fantastic, thanks to Cindy! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and super informative about all the features and the neighborhood. Seriously great customer service from start to finish. We truly had a great time checking out the property. ​What impressed us most was that when we mentioned we wanted to look at other options in the area, Cindy immediately suggested their other sister properties, which was really thoughtful and helpful. We appreciate the honest, no-pressure approach and the willingness to go the extra mile! Ask for Cindy if you go!

UPDATE. As of Aug 11, 2025 nothing has been solved. When I called Cindy or any other person, they never respond my calls or my family’s. I sincerely do not know why they respond here and pretend solving the issue that for three or more weeks has not been solved. ——- This has become the worst place to live in. I have lived in here for more than 15 years. I have witnessed how deficient and horrible the service has become. There is mold in my apartment. My dad has started developing whizzing while breathing and there is not a need of a doctor to tell that is cause by the mold on the room. When I place a ticket in their so called new app they do not respond. It takes like a week or two for them to take care of their tenants. Awfully bad. Had an issue with an appliance and the team was quick to get it solved. Thank you Cindy for making it happen and Alexander for going above and beyond when installing it.

I am truly thankful for Alexander! He was able to fix a problem in my apt and was nice enough to explain what was happening so that I could prevent the situation from happening again.
