Elán View Pointe Apartments

Overall, living here wasn't to terrible. The maintenance that works on the apartment grounds was incredible. They were always repairing and cleaning the place. However, my issue is with Jordan in the management office. When it came time to move out I called him to get the paper work going. He said he would send it over right away. 24 hours later, still no paperwork. I call again and he said "Oh yeah, I forgot to send that." He then got it emailed to me that day. When it came time for the move out inspection, I scheduled it for 1:30. 1:45 rolls around and still no one. I call the office to which I get Jordan saying someone is on their way over right now. Guess who showed up to do the inspection? Jordan. My husband and I moved out on April 2 and were told we would get the info on whether or

No stars if possible. Horrible apartments to live in. Moved out ASAP with my boyfriend in his home but still come to visit my mom because she lives here. And it’s always the same bull sh* when I come down. The people are so so noisy and obviously don’t care about making noise. It’s right by the train tracks and the freeway so there’s that. The pipes are the worst. It’s a really cheap place and the electric outlets are almost coming out, the garage disposal doesn’t work. The heater doesn’t work and is broken. Pls don’t move in here.

horrible! the base of my toilet is gushing water for over one hour its now after 9pm and the so called emergency maintenance line is off n goes straight to vm my tubs have begun to fill up with toilet waste..i will guess by 2am my entire apartment will b a pool! we will not b able to use the toilet or take showers all because the emergency maintenance phone is off! do not rent from here!!! it took almost 3 weeks of living here to get closet doors the window was broken took over a month to get it fixed the cabinets in kitchen and baths r old n raggidy n just painted over..i could go on n on... really ridiculous i wish i never rented from here

Terrible place honestly had to break my lease early nothing you can really do about noisy neighbors but everything in the apartment is basically ready to break so that when u move in it’s your responsibility. Learned the hard way. And the move out process was very inconvenient didn’t send me any notice of my itemized bill or receipt. Just straight to collection. Wish I was exaggerating but management needs to improve their skills on running elan view point

Both of my daughter's lives there, it's big complex n quite, it's clean, closed to lots of stores to go to n buses access near by.
