Elán Cardiff By the Sea Apartments

I moved here from Oceanside and have lived here for almost a year now and I really enjoy the location because it’s close to the 5 exit. The property has a really nice gym that they just remodeled and tennis courts too. It’s close to a bike trail which is convenient and so close to the beach. The office has gone through a few staff changes but I have seen a difference in the past few months in responsiveness and communication from management. Overall great place to live and I will be renewing my lease

I recently toured at Elan Cardiff By The Sea with Cameron and had a great experience. He was friendly and very professional. He made sure we were seeing homes that fit what were looking for. The community looked amazing and the apartments we saw were bright and surprisingly quiet for facing the freeway, the 5 being close is one of the only downsides we noticed while we were there. The pricing is also the best in the area for how central the location is. Definitely recommend Elan!

If you're looking for a really friendly leasing office and decently priced apartments close to the beach this is the place. Me and my fiance toured at Elan recently and Cameron showed us around. He was super fast to answer questions and friendly throughout the whole tour. We even got a glowing endorsement from someone who lives there and she assured us that the team here is awesome, which honestly is hard to find in most places nowadays. This place is definitely at the top of our list!

The apartments I had the chance to tour were not only spacious but also offered great lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the floor plans and well-placed windows that enhanced the feeling of roominess. Overall, the combination of Meagyn’s professionalism and the appealing features of the apartments made this visit a highlight in my search.

I love living at Elan Cardiff by the Sea! Beautiful location tucked into a natural setting. Yes, it's by the freeway, but noise is fine with the windows closed. The office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive and even got my washer and dryer promptly replaced when it broke down. I had some questions about lease renewal and transfer and Meagyn was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions.
