We had hired a particular realtor from this Realty company because she was related to our family. Unfortunately, when she became ill, we were not informed promptly. Therefore our home sat on the market when nothing was being worked on. When we inquired as to what was happening, we were assigned another realtor. She did very little to show the house or publicize it. When I asked her if she could give me feedback from people who toured the house, she instead gave me numerous insults. I found this Realty company unreliable and frankly, obnoxious. I was given feedback that was not helpful, such as "well, the trash bin was knocked over so there is garbage everywhere." When I checked the information given to me by checking the video camera system, it appeared the realtor was not being 100% hone

Broke lease day 1; oversized giant attack dog, small on lease. Stole 20 foot ladder, changed $60 sink fawset for a $10 junk fawset. late every month for 3 years with rent. stole house vacuum and extra hoses, stole 2 hand truck moving handtrucks from basement. failed to paint any bedroom, but did overspray on basement floor for hobbys. charged us back for gas propane turn on. broke water pump first week there. broke electric dryer failing to (lazy or stupid) remove dryer link, burnt out dryer. allowed water to leak into basement, not notifiying landlord for basic maintenence of washer water fawset washers/leding. did nothing for the house just ignored / abused house. white trash renters, put own door knobs on outside doors, never changed back. rented out room to relatives subleting, ran
