I've worked with Dan Jacquez help me find my rental home, and he's phenomenal. I've just renewed my lease for a second year and he answered my questions right away, he's considerate, and is always very positive. I've never had an issue with him in the last year and can't recommend him enough.

I am an out of state investor and Dan is AH-mazing. Always answers the phone, does what he says he is going to do and really wants to help people all with a super kind spirit. He has helped me and my tenants so much that I just keep giving him more of my properties. This is my 3rd property management company and Dan is the best. Thanks Dan!

I completely agree with all the positive reviews Dan got, he's the only one that answers the phone! All the others have recorded messages and rarely call back I'd like to list the other outfits but we like to keep things professional!
