5 Star apartment complex, my older brother just moved here. Brand new apartment complex with a mixture of Brand New Townhomes as well. Expensive prices are starting at one million and above for the Townhomes. Rent prices are reasonable for this area of rockville, you can go on their website as well for the rent prices. You are about 5 minute drive from Down Town Crown area, located in a wonderful part of Gaithersburg, also a 5 to 10 Minute drive from the The Rio Lakefront development, where you have a huge man made lake enormous walking path, nice restaurants.

We’ve only been in this building for about two months, but so far our experience has been great. 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐳𝐚𝐡 has been very responsive and helpful—our maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and efficiently. We truly appreciate his professionalism and reliability. Thank you for making our transition into the building smooth and comfortable.

Newly moved in - Nice area. Great to walk around if you have pets. Close to 270 - Downtown crown. Shopping is not far away. Leasing office is full of great people, very nice and helpful. Ron is "The Man". Worth the bang for your monthly buck. Top units do have lofts, will be pricier. MPD units are great and have carpet, kitchen has faux wood flooring. Utilities are updated and clean. Perfect for people looking for an "updated" spot. Amazon delivers straight to your front door. As far as where you live floor wise, it is like any apartment in terms of sounds. Parking is great and spacious. I mean - get in while you can. Seriously.

Patty, Mel, and Ron have been very helpful and very friendly from the start of the tour, application process, to move in date, and afterwards! They are able to help me with any questions I have. I am pleased with how helpful the maintenance team has been. Hamzah communicates throughout the whole process to ensure things are fixed and resolved.

If I could give this apartment complex 10 stars, I would I was one of the first tenants in the building that opened first and absolutely love it here. Management and maintenance have been super helpful with any issues that have arise. There is a nice park for my child to play at the Neighborhood is beautiful and quite nice to walk with my dog around in I’m excited for the summertime for when the pool opens. it’s huge and looks beautiful. The leasing office consultant Patty has been wonderful with any questions or concerns before moving in and after.
