Nancy is the best. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and never felt very satisfied with the realtor I was working with. Nancy was on top of every detail - so important! During the negotiation phase of purchasing my new home, she skillfully advocated for me. When the deal started to go south, she carefully navigated the situation despite taking a lot of nastiness from a builder. This was one of the most difficult real estate transactions I have ever been involved in and I am convinced I wouldn't be in this beautiful new home without her. I was very impressed with how she treated each person in the process with kindness and respect. She also sold my former home quickly.

Micaela Garcia was wonderful to work with. She is gifted and great being a realtor. She is professional and a terrific listener and communicator too as we listed and then we were able to sell our house with Micaela's help and expertise. She also has a pleasant and fun personality. She was very easy to work with as well.

I would definitely recommend Nancy and her team. Nancy is extremely easy to work with and provided sound recommendations and advice throughout the process. Nancy’s knowledge of the market and the Sycamore area is amazing. Due to a new position at work, i was out of town during the weekdays. Nancy took care of everything for me to get the house ready to sell and throughout the selling process. I took a vacation and came home to Nancy and her team staging my house for the pictures and showings.
