My brother is very happy there. If you are a low income senior who lived in Princeton during some of your earlier years you DEFINITELY want to apply to get a studio or one bedroom here. It is independent living but they make it easy. My brother’s low income and low saving (he is 75 and living on just social security ) not only made him eligible for a studio with rent of $360/mo rather than $1800 per month (rents in Princeton are pricey) but also one meal a day at $1.50 per day delivered to his door. The studio is very nice (it has a very small but full kitchen despite being called a studio) and the staff is helpful. Expect to be on the waiting list for three years, but grab it when they offer it to you
