Ellison Museum District

I’ve truly loved my living experience at Ellison so far. The community is always clean and feels very luxurious. The Museum District location is amazing and, in my opinion, even better than living downtown. The appliances are top of the line, and there are so many great amenities. They’re also very welcoming and accommodating to my pets, which means a lot to me. I’ve been here since November and definitely plan on staying for a long time.

Had a fantastic experience touring the Ellison. The Ellison is a beautiful building in a great neighborhood. My leasing agent Payton was incredibly helpful and patient as I looked at a number of different unit layouts to find the right fit. She knows the building and the area very well.

I toured Ellison Museum District and was instantly impressed. The apartments are beautifully designed with upscale finishes and a modern, refined feel throughout. The Museum District location is unbeatable—walkable, vibrant, and full of character. The leasing team provided a seamless, professional tour experience, and I left feeling genuinely excited about the possibility of living here. If you’re looking for luxury apartment living in Richmond, this community is a must-see.

Fantastic and seamless move in experience from start to finish. Payton and the rest of the team are super helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues that pop up. Even when my technoligally challenged self needed help to set my wifi password, she was very cool and understanding (personally, I would have made fun of someone who cant figure out how to set that up, but she was as nice and patient as could be). With this being a brand new building that is nearing completion, I imagine the staff has a LOT going on, but you would never be able to tell by their calm and helpful demeanor. 5 stars for sure!

I looked at a lot of apartments in the area, including some that are still under construction and The Ellison stood out. Peyton was the perfect ambassador for the building and a wealth of knowledge. Pros: Lots of layout options, quality finishes, great location, gorgeous amenities, smart parking setup with garage entry from every floor, great views/balconies from select units, responsive management team Con: Subtle noise from highway from certain units
