Ellis Station

I've enjoyed my time living here and recommend Ellis Station as a convenient and enjoyable place to live. Emily and Kyler were absolutely wonderful, always helpful and genuinely kind (I will miss seeing them around). Michael has been equally fantastic, consistently responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns that come up. One thing I really appreciate is how the leasing team organizes community events throughout the month, which creates a welcoming atmosphere and opportunities for residents connect. The apartments themselves are generally quiet during the day, and the common areas are very well maintained, cleaned frequently (weekly, if not daily) and always smelling fresh and inviting. It’s really unfair to have just a 5 star scale for this apartment complex, it should be 10 stars out of 10 to reflect the amazing quality and depth of services available in this new apartment complex. It’s like being on the Lido deck of a luxury cruise ship from the build and beauty of the apartments with ceiling fans, top rated appliances, great accents and additional amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, billiards room with free pinball machines, fooseball, a huge exercise room with state of the art equipment, simulator room, business center, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, soccer field and plenty of parking. Recent tenant at Ellis Station Durham, NC. Great location with a bank, resturant, market within walking distance. A gas station is close by which makes for convenience. Plenty of parking, plenty of amenities. Staff are friendly and responsive from management to maintenance. We looked at other rental options in Durham. The reason we chose Ellis Station was staff, especially Michael Dix. Other rental location employees sounded like they were reading off a script. Michael came across as truly invested in Ellis Station and making tenants his number one concern. Being very new to Ellis Station I omitted one star. But will revisit my review at a later date.

2nd Review since Living at Ellis Station Apartments in Durham NC My experience has been great over the past year and continues thanks to employee like Michael ( assistant property manager ). I was having an unusual issue with a resident above me. It was affecting my daily activity (sleeping, entertaining, and even my dog was showing signs of anxiety while we were home). I'm not going into detail regarding the issue, although i took my problem to the leasing office and discussed it with Michael. He was attentive, showed genuine concerned and listen intently to the details of the issue. I will say out of frustration, I wasn't concerned about my upstairs neighbor I just wanted the situation to go away but Michael was concerned. He was concern for both parties involved not just me.
