Ellis at Bel-Red

I had a wonderful experience living at Ellis! The community is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. Hannah and Bella have been amazing.

Had an outstanding experience living here before eventually moving out to a bigger place closer to work. Right from Day1 - Bella, Hannah and Luke from the leasing office have been prompt and always available to help. They have truly taken good care of the residents. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and professional, handling maintainance and emergencies almost immediately.

Just a word or two about managing staff! Both ladies have wonderful attitudes. Bella helped me exclusively from the original tour. She is very helpful, ready to answer any questions or concerns. She welcomed me to my new home with an orientation that included all common areas & my own apartment, thoroughly going thru every room before move in, and checking that all doors, drawers were functional. I appreciate that. I was even pleasantly surprised with 2 gifts on my new kitchen counter. A nice cup & wooden top & straw, and a crossbody bag. Kindness goes a long way. I currently live here, and while the ladies in the leasing office are truly kind and helpful, what future residents really need to know is how inconvenient daily living can be. There is no call box in the building, which means every time you have a guest you must physically go downstairs to bring them up. The same applies to food deliveries. Drivers cannot come up to your unit, so you have to go down every single time. Yes, imagine a brand new building with no call box while even some of the oldest buildings in the area have one. What is frustrating is that this is not clearly communicated when you tour or sign the lease, so many people only discover it after moving in. I am mentioning it here so others know in advance. One of the best move-ins I've had! Especially as someone moving from out of state, I had an incredibly smooth process thanks to Hannah and Bella - they were super responsive over email and phone, kind and patient. They gave me all the info I needed to proceed, like sending over a video tour of the apt. Amazing orientation tour on the first day as well! The amenities are great and show they clearly care about their residents.
