Ellis Arms Apartments

I had a 1 bedroom for 6mo here. The apartment was newly renovated and super nice! During my time there I could not have asked for better neighbors. This is a very family friendly place; quiet, nice people, gated, and located right by the police station! I felt safe with my family there. Zelda is the nicest apartment manager I’ve ever had. Everything went very smoothly during my time there. I would reccomend Ellis Arms to anyone that’s looking for a nice place to call home. You’ll truly feel at home there.

It’s so difficult to find great housing in the Clarksdale area and Ellis Arms is a hidden gem among the rest. The complex is quiet, (most importantly) clean, and located in a convenient area near downtown. There’s a cute little pool and courtyard that are very inviting. The apartment units are extremely spacious and have been renovated with new flooring and appliances. I loved my apartment, super friendly neighbors like a small family within the complex, and let’s not forget the apartment manager who has the sweetest demeanor and kind heart. If you’re looking for not only great housing but excellent management, Ellis Arms is your best choice in Clarksdale.

Manager is fantastic, maintenance crew operates in a perfectly timely manner, but the landlord will find any reason on earth to keep your security deposit in its entirety. One star for no exit receipt on reasons for deposit rejection and apparently 3 spots of chipped paint costing $750.

I absolutely love it. For a small apartment complex it is well maintained it looks very nice and it is safe. You could not ask for more in an apartment complex.
