Elliot Roswell Apartments

I moved into Elliot Roswell in March 2025, and so far, it’s been a really positive experience. It's not a new complex, so there are a few blemishes here and there, but my apartment and building wear their age well. The grounds cover over 30 acres, and they’re attractive, well-kept, and perfect for walking my dog. On those walks, I often pass residents and maintenance staff — most wave, and some even stop to give my dog a quick pet. The property’s small lake is a little wildlife haven. It’s home to over 30 Canada geese, a Muscovy duck, different kinds of turtles, and fish. Every now and then, a Blue Heron or Mallard stops by. In late spring and early summer, I frequently spotted deer on the property — sometimes daily, sometimes more than once a day — which made my walks even more special. W

Genuinely great customer service and amazing professionalism! Associate Karen really helped me out in my apartment hunting process. She answered every question, was very kind, and just made the place feel like home. Definitely a serious contender on my list. For any questions, comments, or concerns I strongly believe associate Karen can definitely help and that is hard to find these days!

Karla was a big help getting us moved into my first apartment. As a first time leaser, she made sure that I was left with absolutely no questions, and she was very easy to work with. And the new apartment is nice! I would highly recommend working with her to anybody else looking for a place.
